I've heard time many times, but I felt the effectiveness of it this morning. The wife & I did Tae Bo last night and I feel pretty energized.

Putting the kids to bed. Soon I'll be making my plans for breaking into the gaming industry. It's time to fulfill my dreams. :)

What a day, thus far. My wife slept till noon and I, soon after, slept till 5pm. I think we need a vacation. :)

Today is a co-worker's last day and she brought pastries for all to eat. How amazing is that!? Hmmmm. Now I have pastry for my coffee. :)
